18th Target Fabrication Meeting

A block of guestrooms is being held at the Granlibakken Conference Center and Lodge in Lake Tahoe, CA, for arrival Sunday, May 11, 2008, with departure on Thursday, May 15, 2008.
Room rates are reserved on a package basis. All rooms are first come, first served. We encourage all attendees to make their reservations early and stay at the resort.
Package #1: This package is the standard package for participants who will be housed at the resort and includes
- 4 nights' lodging (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- 4 full breakfasts (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 4 lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 4 dinners (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday--one of these dinners will be the banquet meal)
- Free in-room wireless (lodging rooms only)
- Free parking
- 20% tax and service
Rates for the above package:
Bedroom units and rooms within a townhouse: Single occupancy: $753.60 per participant for the all inclusive 4 night rate/Double occupancy: $657.60 per participant for the all inclusive 4 night rate
Executive lodge and studio units: Single occupancy: $897.60 per participant for the all inclusive 4 night rate/ Double occupancy: $753.60 per participant for the all inclusive 4 night rate
Package #2: The Spouse/Guest fee is based on $50.00 per person, per night, plus 20% tax and service. The Spouse/Guest must share the same room as the participant paying the single rate. Includes meals and lodging in package #1. A spouse/guest requiring an extra lodging room will pay an additional $66.00 per standard room, per night, plus 10% room tax.
Package #3: The off grounds fee for any participant attending the meeting but not requiring lodging at Granlibakken is based on $70.00 per night, plus 20% tax and service, and includes all of package #1 with the exception of the lodging.
If you require nights outside the dates for the package plan, they will be reserved on the current nightly bed and breakfast rate. This rate includes a full buffet breakfast.
All reservations are to be made individually through the resort's reservation department (1-877-552-8301). Please identify yourself as being with the Target Fabricator's Meeting. You may also register on line on the granlibakken.com site. You will need to click on "reservations" and go to "conference participant". Your password and logon are both "TARGET". This link will take you to the reservations site.
A $100.00 per person deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due upon check-in. Cancellations received at any time are subject to a $20.00 handling fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival are charged $100.00 per person. In the event of a cancellation that was assigned double occupancy, the remaining participant will be charged the single occupancy rate. No shows are charged 2 nights at the package rate. Participants who check in a day late or check out a day early will be charged the full package rate unless the alternate arrival/departure dates are confirmed 72 hours prior to arrival.
The block of rooms will only be held until March 11, 2008 . Please contact the hotel by this time for your reservations.
Transportation is available from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport at a cost of $35.00 per person each way with a minimum of $70.00 per trip (subject to change). The resort requires seven days advance notice and all reservations must be prepaid or guaranteed to your credit card. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure are nonrefundable. Airport pickup service requires the resort be notified of the airline, flight number and arrival time.
Check in/out: Lodging room check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
