Abstract Specifications

Please upload your abstracts in pdf  or Microsoft Word form. Please indicate if oral or poster presentation is preferred. No more than one oral paper should be submitted by the same first author.

Please use a one and one-quarter inch margin (left and right). Please use a 10 point font. We ask that you bold your title, and use center alignment for the title, authors, and affiliation. Please single space your abstract text and adhere to a one page limit (8.5 inch by 11 inch paper).

A program book with all abstracts will be distributed at the meeting.

 

Presentation Specifications

Poster presentations must fit in a 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide space.

Oral talks will be presented electronically. We will not have an overhead projector or a slide projector available to you. Please be prepared to bring your oral presentation on a disk or a thumb drive to upload to the conference computer. Please use either Adobe .pdf format or Power Point.
